3 Dashes Angostura or Whiskey Bitters 
1 Butterfly Bar Spoon Absinthe (The Smaller Headed Barspoon)

Stir, Zest of Discarded Lemon, Cherry

Blood and Sand

1 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
.5 oz Laphroig or Sheep Dip Scotch
.5 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
.75 oz Heering Cherry Liqueuer
.75 oz Fresh Orange Juice

Shake, Double Strain, Coup

Garnish: Orange Twist

Boulevardier

1.25 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Campari Aperitif Liqueur
1 oz. Sweet Vermouth

Stir, Serve Over Large Cube, Rocks Glass, Orange Twist

2 oz. Rye Whiskey
.5 oz. Creme de Menthe
.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
.5 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake, Strain Over Fresh Ice, Rocks or Highball Glass

Garnish: Mint Sprig and/or Lemon Wheel

Try Substituting Creme de Cocoa or Amaretto for Creme de Menthe, But This Version Is My Favorite

Hot Toddy

1.5 oz. Whiskey, Brandy or Spiced Rum
.75 oz. Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick 
1 Lemon Wheel Spiked With 3 Cloves In White Rind
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
2 -3 Whole Allspice Balls
Star Anise

Add Ingredients to Hot Mug, Add 8 oz Hot Water, Stir Until Honey Dissolve

Irish Coffee

1.5 oz. Irish Whiskey (Jameson/House Irish)
5 oz. Coffee
Whipped Cream Top
.5 Drizzle/Float  Green Crème De Menthe Over Cream
